Ensure smooth, efficient hotel operation with strong commercial acumen and organizational capability.Lead a diverse team and maintain excellent service standards in a busy hotel.Provide proven strategic direction to sustain or improve market performance and financial results.Build and maintain great relationships with all stakeholders in the business: owners, managers, employees, clients and neighbours.Qualifications
