Responsibilities

Ensure smooth, efficient hotel operation with strong commercial acumen and organizational capability.

Lead a diverse team and maintain excellent service standards in a busy hotel.

Proven strategic direction to sustain or improve market performance and financial results.

The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours.

Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for a first time General Manager or one looking to build on their experience with a hotel group providing individual challenge and personal development.
