General Manager

Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a well-established property management business that is looking to appoint a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a vibrant, commercial property in North London. The salary bracket for this role is between 48,000 - 52,000 plus company benefits including a discretionary bonus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property or facilities management professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role, combining the operational management of a building with occupier engagement, commercial performance and the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the smooth running of the property, maintaining high standards across the building and ensuring that occupiers receive a first-class service. You will work closely with occupiers, contractors and other key stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve both the day-to-day operation and the wider occupier experience. The role will involve overseeing building maintenance, health and safety, statutory compliance, security and service partner performance, alongside managing budgets, monitoring expenditure and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies.
