With a growing team of 22 operational staff, this is a pivotal role for a seasoned logistics leader who thrives in a fast-paced, independent freight environment (non-MNC).Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of up to 22 operations staff across multimodal freight services.Ensure smooth end-to-end handling of freight operations across air, sea (FCL and LCL), and road transport.Deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance targets, driving continuous improvement across processes.Mentor and develop team leaders and junior staff.Support strategic planning and play a key role in decision-making with senior leadership.Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years\'' experience in freight forwarding, including 5+ years in a senior leadership/management role.Solid background in a medium-sized, non-MNC freight forwarding company.Strong operational expertise in air, sea, and some road freight.Experience and understanding of LCL operations is highly desirable.Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.What\''s On Offer
