General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute General Manager to provide integrated leadership across our clients operational functions. This is a pivotal executive role responsible for aligning, empowering and holding accountable the department leaders to deliver safe, efficient, compliant and high-performing operations.

This is not a hands-on functional role, it is about orchestrating excellence through strong leadership, clarity and coordination. 

What We’re Looking For

• Proven executive-level operational leadership experience exclusively in a manufacturing environment 
• Strong track record of leading through managers of manufacturing/engineering departments 
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Ability to balance delivery, quality, cost, and customer expectations
• Commercial acumen and financial literacy
• Exceptional stakeholder and cross-functional leadership skills
• Calm, structured decision-maker who brings clarity to complexity
