The company are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established independent garage in West London, overseeing vehicle servicing, repair and MOT testing operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for workflow, staff leadership, customer care, quality control, profitability and the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the independent garage sector and a current DVSA MOT tester''s licence, with a strong background in garage operations, team management and customer focused service delivery.
