Dino diners is a group of restaurants which has been expanding since 2014. Our restaurants are all designed in their own unique way from jungle themed to the wild west to neon dinosaurs. Our menus cater for children, couples, families, vegetarians and of course those with intolerances and allergens.The Venue... Bubba Drew’s offers an industrial yet organic, welcoming and warm setting. The Restaurants relaxed and informal atmosphere will provide food and drinks every day. We are looking for a restaurant manager who loves a challenge.Responsibilities and Duties

To lead the front of house team during opening hours to ensure at all times that the guests receive the highest standard of service possibleRecognize and correct guest issues with an established presence on the floor and respond to guest concerns, quickly and professionallyTo work with the Area Manager to develop and implement the restaurants service standards policies and proceduresTo ensure that the ethos of the restaurant is carried out to the highest possible standard before each serviceEnsure room ambiance is always set accordinglyTo be the direct point of contact for any complaints, incidents, accidents or any other irregularitiesTeam Focused

Inspire, engage and empower all team membersTo work with the Area manager to develop and implement a training schedule to ensure that all Floor Team members, current employees and new starters, can deliver the highest standard of service at all timesTo identify potential supervisors and management from the floor team, and deliver training to develop their skillsTo create an atmosphere amongst all team members to ensure that all guests are treated with the utmost hospitalityOperational

Assist the Area Manager in leading and managing the day to day operation of Bodenes, ensuring all service standards are followedUtilize effective control over labour, and operating expensesTo participate in monthly forecasting and month end commentaryAssist the Area Manager with innovative ways to drive businessAssume responsibility for cleanliness, repair and maintenance, reporting any deficiencies as requiredEnsure par stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering and retrieving supplies including but not limit to; linen, crockery, cutlery and disposablesDevelop and implement incentive programs to increase sales and spend per headTo develop and maintain a safety culture within the department and ensure departmental adherence to and awareness of Health and Safety standardsTo liaise with other Food and Beverage departments to ensure that all resources are being equally shared and that the entire division operates as a unified forcePersonal Disciplines
