This hands-on leadership role requires a candidate with strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for hospitality.

The General Manager will take full ownership of the venue, driving performance and leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, staffing, and standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the management and front-of-house team.
• Drive sales and profitability through exceptional service and creative promotions.
• Manage budgets, costs, and stock to achieve financial targets.
• Uphold all operational, financial, and brand standards.
