The Role:
- Provide hands-on leadership and oversee daily operations across multiple sites.
- Coach and develop venue managers to hit performance and profit targets.
- Identify and deliver new revenue opportunities in events, sales, and marketing.
- Uphold top-tier financial, operational, and guest service standards.
- Help shape future strategy and new venue openings.
