Loom Talent is recruiting a General Manager - Airside Operations for a client based in Bristol.Our client is a global leader in Facilities and Logistics within the Airport sector. This is a permanent position leading 2 key contracts and offers excellent scope for further progression within the business.In the role of General Manager - Airside Operations, you will provide leadership and performance management across the operation. You will drive a culture of performance excellence whilst maintaining a great relationship with the customer and engaging multiple departments including Facilities, Transport, Planning, HR and Customer Service. You will ensure that the operation achieves business objectives in the following key areas:Operational leadershipEmployee engagementProcesses and ProceduresPeople ManagementHealth and SafetyReportingWe are looking to speak with candidates that meet the following criteria:Previous experience working within Logistics, Facilities Management, or a similar operational environment

- EssentialExperience within Aviation and an understanding of Airside operations

- EssentialThe ability to lead and drive performance in a heavily KPI-driven environment

- EssentialExperience with cost and budget control

- EssentialWithin commuting distance of Bristol

- EssentialMust pass a DBS check and be able to provide 5 years of reference information
