At least 5 years of retail leadership experience (agriculture or equipment a plus)At least 1 year of experience as a parts manager, service manager, or sales manager preferredKnowledge of John Deere and competitive productsProven ability to inspire, coach, and resolve challengesStrong business acumen in sales, service, financials, and marketingBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)About Gooseneck Implement
