Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 7am – 6pm

Overview:

Corrie Recruitment is seeking an experienced Ganger on behalf of our client who are a nationwide Civil Engineering contractor.

This is a permanent role offering a good overall package including hourly rate, additional allowances, and bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate squad on drainage, concrete, ducting, and general civils tasks
• Work closely with site managers and engineers to deliver works safely, on time, and within budget
• Promote and enforce health & safety procedures on site
• Contribute to a positive site culture and motivate team members to achieve high productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Ganger on civil engineering projects
• Strong understanding of drainage, concrete works, and general groundworks
• Valid CSCS card (SSSTS / First Aid desirable)
• Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work across various sites (travel time paid)

Package Includes:

• Productivity bonus – up to £70/week
