Location: Various sites across the North of Scotland Start Date: Immediate Duration: Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am 6pm Overview: Corrie Recruitment is seeking an experienced Ganger on behalf of our client who are a nationwide Civil Engineering contractor. This is a permanent role offering a good overall package including hourly rate, additional allowances, and bonus incentives. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate squad on drainage, concrete, ducting, and general civils tasks Work closely with site managers and engineers to deliver works safely, on time, and within budget Promote and enforce health and safety procedures on site Contribute to a positive site culture and motivate team members to achieve high productivity and quality standards Requirements: Previous experience as a Ganger on civil engineering projects Strong understanding of drainage, concrete works, and general groundworks Valid CSCS card (SSSTS / First Aid desirable) Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills Flexibility to work across various sites (travel time paid) Package Includes: Productivity bonus up to £70/week Travel time paid Subsistence allowance when working away from home Permanent, secure role with consistent hours To apply please email your fully up-to-date CV Corrie Recruitment Ltd operates as an Employment Agency and as an Employment Business.
