This role is critical in supervising daily tasks, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the efficiency of operations. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in asset servicing, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations within the Asset Servicing team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.Monitor progress, escalate issues, and provide routine updates to management.Engage with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and implement necessary changes based on thorough analysis.Administer critical checks to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks, including managing group emails and resolving queries.Oversee the processing of income, redemptions, corporate actions, security conversions, and tax documentation.Address post-event exceptions and produce relevant management information systems (MIS) reports.Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure adherence to updated procedures.Collaborate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, creating test plans and ensuring timely completion.Report on management metrics, identify areas for improvement, and streamline processes.Ensure compliance with all policies and ..... full job details .....
