In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our team on a variety of complex funds transactions, including:Fund formation and structuringRegulatory adviceTax planningDue diligence on potential investmentsDrafting transaction documentsClient relationship managementYou will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to all aspects of the funds practice.
