We’re recruiting for a Fund Controller (Living) to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and 12% car allowance.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of residential property funds, including build-to-rent, affordable housing, and student accommodation. You’ll work closely with fund managers, investors and third-party providers to deliver strong financial outcomes and support the growth of innovative investment products.Responsibilities
Supporting fund and asset management teams in delivering fund strategy and structuring transactionsProviding financial planning, budgeting, and stress testing to promote value for investorsReviewing and signing off high-risk financial outputs from outsourced administratorsEnsuring accurate and timely financial and regulatory reportingAdvising on financial performance indicators and risk mitigation strategiesActing as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders on fund-related financial mattersLeading financial input into onboarding new products, assets, and suppliersPresenting financial insights to internal boards and external investorsQualifications
A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Strong experience in private markets or real assets fund financeIn-depth knowledge of UK residential property funds and fund structuresProficiency in fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory complianceAbility to analyse financial performance and communicate insights clearlyExperience working with third-party administrators and internal stakeholdersConfidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and external clientsA collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementBenefits
