The successful candidate will play a key role in the financial management of the fund, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, and seamless integration with investment and operational teams.Responsibilities
Support the financial operations of a newly launched strategy, including fund accounting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.Work closely with portfolio managers to provide timely insights on fund performance, cash flows, and capital activity.Partner with external administrators and service providers to ensure accurate NAV, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance.Assist with capital calls, distributions, and investor communications.Contribute to the development of processes and controls to support a growing strategy.Liaise with internal teams including Investments, Operations, and Compliance to ensure accurate and efficient information flow.Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as the strategy scales.Qualifications and Experience
Qualified accountant ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent ).Strong background in
fund administration
or experience within another
alternative investment manager .Solid technical accounting knowledge, ideally with exposure to private credit, private equity, or similar asset classes.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across investment and operational teams.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.Seniority level
