Many of the students we work with benefit from a practical, tailored approach to learning that focuses on building confidence, independence, and real-world skills.Whether you''re supporting learners preparing for qualifications or helping them strengthen foundational skills, you''ll play an important role in their educational journey.Location: BCPSubject: Functional SkillsStart Date: SeptemberHours: FlexiblePay Rate: 25- 30 per hourType: 1:1 Tuition RequirementsMinimum 6 months'' experience in an educational setting, including tutoring, teaching, teaching assistant, learning support, mentoring, or similar rolesExperience delivering or supporting Functional Skills English and/or MathsAbility to plan engaging, personalised sessionsExperience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirableStrong communication and relationship-building skillsPatient, adaptable, and encouraging approachEnhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneDriver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally across the BCP area Who You''ll SupportYou''ll work with ..... full job details .....
