My client is looking for a Fulfilment Team Lead to join their growing organisation! If you have experience leading a team within a fulfilment setting, with a hands-on approach, and are looking for a new role, then this could be for you!
Duties Include:
- Leading a small team of fulfilment operatives with both permanent and occasional temporary staff.
- Motivating and driving the team to get through target number of orders.
- Stay updated on Royal Mail and carriers' rules, regulations, and tariffs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Carrying out administrative tasks as well as supporting with order fulfilment.
- Oversee and monitor third party mailing houses and relevant suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present management reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Take ownership of account management responsibilities, including pricing and quoting jobs through to invoicing.
- Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
- Previous experience in a fulfilment/warehouse setting.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Proven process and people management skills and experience
- Strong organisational, planning, and administrative skills.
- Able to manage quoting, pricing, and invoicing processes.
