Nestled in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, this historic 17th-century inn offers a vibrant and acclaimed dining experience. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest receives a warm, memorable welcome and flawless service. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a core team of 5 full-time front-of-house staff. Resource and Rota Management: Coordinate and manage a seasonal team of 10-15 temporary staff members, alongside bank staff, to ensure seamless service during peak periods and busy seasonal events. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of front-of-house daily operations, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer care. Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute special events and functions to guarantee high customer satisfaction. Digital Presence: Manage and update website content to ensure menus, announcements, and information are always accurate and engaging.
