Job Purpose Summary:
Assisting with
a range of tasks
to support
the smooth operation of the iconic Edinburgh event and
day-to-
day running of the Tattoo office
building
and front of house
as summarised below
.
Key Duties
and Responsibilities
:Welcome and manage all visitors to the
main office
building, including sign in procedures, health and safety instructions and issuing access cards.
Represent The Royal Edinburgh Military
Tattoo, and
contribute to the
positive first impression
s of
brand
.
Maintain
the
appearance of reception and
common areas
throughout the building.
Manage visitors until handover to their point of contact
.
Assist
the coordination of post and deliveries
.
Monitor the
administration
email account
.
Order and manage
basic office catering supplies
.
Coordinate
the
staff tuck shop and delivery of meals during
event periods
.
Work closely with the
Property
Manager and IT team to ensure smooth running of all
front
of house areas
.
Provide administrative support to the
Commercial
tea
m.
Take meeting notes for All Company Updates.
Additional
Commer
c
ial and Hospitality-related duties during July and August, as
required
.
Event

elated Duties
:Handle enquiries and represent the company positively in interaction
s with all external parties
.
Coordinate
the
delivery of internal catering requirements, including but not limited to tea and coffee for meetings
and
light lunches for day activities.
Assist
with
the
coordination and delivery of external events,
including room set-up as
required
, receiving deliveries to the venue, and coordinating external staff.
