We are working with a leading global travel and hospitality group to recruit an Indirect Sales and Meetings and Events (MandE) Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of trade and MICE sales strategy, manage a talented team, and contribute directly to the company’s ambitious growth across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe.Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 8 sales professionals across trade and MICE channels.Drive revenue and market growth through indirect sales (travel agencies, consortia, OTAs) and MandE partners.Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and performance objectives.Build strong long-term relationships with trade and MICE partners, negotiating commercials and ensuring profitable agreements.Oversee MICE sales and event production, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.Collaborate closely with internal marketing, finance, and operations teams to achieve business goals.About you

Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).Minimum 7 years’ experience in trade/MICE sales, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Knowledge of e-distribution channels, OTAs, and digital integration tools.Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required.What’s on offer
