You will be working with UK and European manufacturers, importers and exporters, helping to organise the smooth movement of freight across Europe and the UK. What you''ll do: Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing European and UK freight movements from start to finish. You will play a key role as principal point of contact.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating deliveries and collections with European and UK carriers, whilst managing the customer''s project timelines.Compiling detailed KPI and stock reports.Processing customer orders through the company''s in-house operating system.Negotiating pricing with carriers and customers.Monitoring customs processes.Participation in regular review meetings.Identify additional suppliers to improve service levels, increase turnover and maximise profitability.Providing the highest standards of pro-active written and verbal communication.In addition, ..... full job details .....
