The Role As a Road Freight Forwarder, you''ll be responsible for managing shipments from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the initial booking right through to successful delivery. You''ll work closely with customers, hauliers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure shipments are booked, tracked and delivered efficiently and on time. Your responsibilities will include: Managing road freight shipments from booking through to delivery Coordinating with hauliers, customers and suppliers Tracking shipments and keeping customers updated throughout the process Managing transport documentation and ensuring shipments are handled correctly Liaising with the on-site Customs Team to ensure smooth customs clearance Resolving any issues or delays quickly and effectively Building strong relationships with customers and transport partners Providing excellent ..... full job details .....
