Freight customer services

We are recruiting for a medium sized freight company who are looking for someone within customer services, you will be updating customers, handling key accounts and working alongside the import / export team. This is not a customs role this is purely customer service so required someone who has worked within a CS position within freight or courier or logistics, confident on the phone, can handle calls professionally and deal with any queries in a timely manner.
