Freelance Site Manager - Wigan

Your new companyA respected regional housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the completion and handover of a live new build housing development in the Wigan area. Due to an increase in workload, they require a reliable freelance Site Manager to ensure a smooth finish and successful handover of plots.Your new roleYou will take responsibility for the final stages of a residential development, overseeing the completion of new build homes to programme and quality standards.
