Site Manager (Contract) - Commercial Construction Location: Boundary Road, Lytham, Lancashire, FY8 5BGRate: £280 per dayDuration: 4-5 Week Contract (Project Completion Cover)Hours: 07:30 - 16:30Site Manager Required - Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a commercial construction project in Lytham, Lancashire.We require a hands-on and detail-focused professional to take control of the site through the project close-out phase. Approximately 4-5 weeks remain on the programme, with completion scheduled for early October.This is a critical position requiring strong health and safety leadership and the ability to manage subcontractors while driving the project to a successful handover.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations during the final project stages.Coordinate and supervise remaining subcontractors, including: Cladding contractorsGroundworks contractors Oversee completion of: Tarmac worksLandscapingElectrical installationsAncillary storage centre construction Ensure all works are completed to programme, quality standards and client expectations.Maintain exceptional health and safety standards across site.Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks.Manage snagging, finishing works and project close-out activities.Liaise with subcontractors, stakeholders and the project team to ensure smooth delivery.
