My client are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a university campus in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile project, ensuring smooth operations, quality workmanship, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high standards.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce on-site.Monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.

What you''ll need to succeedProven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment projects.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of construction regulations and health and safety standards.Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification .
