Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 4-month contract in Bury. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of our project and requires a professional with proven experience in cladding and rainscreen systems.

Role Overview:

• Oversee subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

• Coordinate schedules and monitor project progress

• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager

• Strong knowledge of cladding and rainscreen systems

• Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
