With a project duration of approximately 5 weeks and potential future works across the city, this opportunity suits a professional with proven delivery capability in fast-paced interiors projects.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day site activities for a high-end office fit-out- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project momentum- Ensure all works are completed to specification, programme, and health and safety standards- Maintain clear communication between the client, design team, and workforce- Manage site documentation, compliance checks, and daily progress reportingWhat You Bring:- Strong background in fit-out or refurbishment site management- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS credentials (Gold or Black card preferred)- Excellent organisation and stakeholder coordination skills- Ability to take ownership of site delivery and uphold best practices- Local availability and flexibility for on-site presence in Aberdeen City CentreWhy This Role?This freelance opportunity places you in a high-profile commercial environment, delivering a bespoke office space to the client’s exacting standards.
