Apply a thorough understanding of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) best practiceCarry out regular safety inspections and ensure strict adherence to the company’s HSEQ proceduresLead, support, and mentor on-site project teamsBuild and maintain positive working relationships across the site and with external stakeholdersCoordinate site logistics effectively to maximise efficiency and productivityEnsure project delivery is on time, within budget, and in line with client specificationsIdentify and manage project delays or unforeseen issues, implementing suitable solutionsCandidate Requirements

A degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplinePrevious experience working as a Site Manager on civil engineering projects, particularly in roads, groundworks, and infrastructureSound understanding of health and safety legislation and proceduresExcellent communication, organisational, and leadership skillsValid CSCS cardSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificationFull UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer
