We''re Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Northwest / Nationwide
Sectors: Commercial - office refurbishment
Dayrate: -(Apply online only) per day/night
Duration: Ongoing work long term

We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager''s for a main contractor on a live site in Leeds on an office refurbishment. This is phase 2 of the project with phase 3 in the works following. This project will be refurbishing the office and refreshing the building. Ideal candidates would have experience in this line of work previously.

Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Oversee a live office refurbishment project.
• Work alongside Project Director daily.
• Manage contractors/subcontractors on site.
• Liaise with client and be included in daily/ weekly progress reports.
• Ensure projects are on-time and to client spec.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience as a Site Manager (tier 1 experience or experience in commercial)
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, any other certs you may have
• Experience within office refurbishment
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
