Freelance Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support upcoming projects within a live environment, running until Christmas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, proactive Site Manager with a proven track record delivering projects safely and efficiently in operational settings.

Key Requirements:
Strong experience working in live/operational environments
Excellent site leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage programmes, subcontractors, and site teams effectively

Certifications Required:
Black Card (CSCS) - Essential
SMSTS - Essential
First Aid
Fire Marshal
Asbestos Awareness

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations from start to completion
Manage subcontractors, labour, and site activities
Ensure full health & safety compliance on site
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Monitor programme, progress, and site reporting
