Site Manager - Industrial Scheme (Hertfordshire) Location: Hertfordshire, UKProject Type: Large Industrial/Shed DevelopmentDay Rate - Neg Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations for a large-scale industrial development, ensuring adherence to programme, safety, and quality standards.Oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensuring effective coordination of works including acoustic systems and complex MandE installations.Monitor and enforce HSE compliance, reporting directly to the Project Manager.Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.Lead site meetings, manage site documentation and reporting, and ensure works are executed in line with technical drawings and specifications.Drive progress on site to ensure timely delivery, mitigating risks and resolving on-site issues as they arise. Essential Requirements:Valid CSCS (Managerial) cardCurrent SMSTS certificationUp-to-date First Aid at Work qualificationProven experience on industrial/shed projects - ideally 10m+ valueStrong acoustic construction experienceExperience managing heavy MandE installations on large-scale industrial buildsSolid knowledge of construction health and safety protocolsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsDesirable Skills:Previous experience working with high bay racking, internal fit-out, or large-scale logistics unitsFamiliarity with steel frame construction and large envelope packagesBackground in delivering ..... full job details .....
