My Client is looking for a Site Manager, that has worked for specialist Principle contractors or Design and Build contractors in London and been exposed to complex projects. They specialise in high end properties, DandB luxurious homes across London and Home Counties. Title: Site Manager Responsibilities: Reporting to a Directors, the site manager will have full responsibility for the building and production process on site. The following headings set out the broad range of responsibilities; Construction phase / short term programming and monitoring. Practical build-ability assessment and input. Material scheduling and purchase requisitions. Labour and subcontractor site management and motivation. Site Management of Health and Safety, risk assessment and method statements. Quality management responsibility on site for the process and final product. Maintain professional relationships with clients and consultants.
