This is no ordinary construction environment. You''ll be working on a high-end project where quality, attention to detail and exceptional workmanship are every bit as important as keeping the programme on track. You''ll be the key person on site - coordinating contractors, managing deliveries, maintaining high standards of health and safety and ensuring the project progresses safely, efficiently and to programme. What you''ll be doing Acting as the main point of contact for contractors, subcontractors and visitors Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme Managing deliveries, materials, site access and safe unloading Carrying out regular site walkarounds and monitoring workmanship and progress Reading and maintaining construction drawings and technical information Managing site records, paperwork and programme updates Handling on-site design queries and liaising with the wider project team Maintaining site security, welfare, compound and general housekeeping Running site inductions and toolbox talks Reviewing RAMS and monitoring compliance on site ..... full job details .....
