Freelance Building Services Manager

Freelance Building Services Manager - 3 year contract duration
 
Our client, a Principle contractor are looking for an energetic, experienced Building Services Manager for a large new build, automated Distribution centre in Bedford.
 
The role involves assessing tenders, Design Coordination and coordination of mainly Electrical works for Buzz bars, Refrigeration and Sprinkler systems between other packages.
 
This project is run under a Construction Management contract - non adversarial, it will be all about quality and coordination.
 
Reporting into a Project Director, working as part of a team, your role will be to support the Site Managers who will manage the sub contractors, with input from yourself.  Working with Design Manager with your expertise and chairing coordination meetings.
