Franchise Account Manager
Our client is a high-end and very prestigious Jewellery company based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Franchise Account Manager. Operating within a fast-paced and highly dynamic luxury environment, the Franchise Account Manager is responsible for developing commercial partnerships across international selected Franchise territories. This role is pivotal in optimizing commercial performance, elevating brand presence, and delivering a state-of-the-art B2B client experience aligned with the highest standards of luxury retail. Role and Responsibility: Operations and Execution: Oversee end-to-end order management including allocation, invoicing and logisticsEnsure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partnersMaintain accurate reporting, trackers and cash flow visibility Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Finance, Logistics and Marketing teamsEnsure alignment across all business functions to deliver operational excellence Commercial Management: Drives sales performance and profitability across selected Franchise AccountsAnalyse sales trends, stock levels, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic action plans aligned with global objectives Client Management: Act as primary point of contact for selected Franchise partnersAdvise on Product Strategy, Merchandising and Retail excellence Showroom and Brand Experience: Prepare and present collections for key client ..... full job details .....
