Seeking an experienced Fractional Finance Director who can provide strategic financial leadership while partnering closely with the Managing Director and shareholders. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the business, improving commercial performance and building the financial infrastructure required to support sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded finance leader with a proven track record within the construction sector and experience supporting owner-managed businesses through periods of expansion. Key Responsibilities You will work closely with the leadership team to: Develop and execute a robust three-year growth strategy. Improve profitability, margins and EBITDA performance. Strengthen forecasting, budgeting and business planning processes. Increase visibility of project and contract profitability. Improve working capital management and cash generation. Enhance management information, KPI reporting and financial governance. Support strategic decision-making at board level. Drive shareholder value creation.
