Finance Director

We are delighted to be representing an ambitious organisation in searching for their new Finance Director. The role is a permanent senior appointment with influence across every part of the business and by nature is extremely hands on rather than supervisory, but does have a strong finance team including an experienced number 2 and requires you to hold a recognised accounting qualification. Alongside finance control and governance their is a clear commercial mandate to translate financial performance identifying operational drivers and advising on decisions that need to be made to achieve maximum performance. The successful candidate in this exciting role will be able to demonstrate they can thrive in a complex data driven business and will relish the opportunity to delve into the numbers.
