FPandA and Transformation Manager - Retail Sector - London - 4 day week (3 days in office) - £60,000 A high-growth, PE-backed global consumer brand in London is hiring a commercially-minded FPandA and Finance Transformation Manager. Moving away from SAP toward a modern, AI-enabled finance stack, this role will rebuild reporting structures and data flows to support scaling to £100m+ and a planned exit. Key Responsibilities Systems and Data Architecture: Lead the transition away from SAP, redesigning General Ledger frameworks, chart of accounts, and product hierarchies. Financial Modelling and FPandA: Build scalable, automated forecasting and reporting models across SKUs, sales channels, and international markets. AI and Workflow Automation: Integrate practical AI tools and modern tech to automate manual reporting, data cleansing, and reconciliations. Commercial Insight: Deliver profitability analysis and actionable performance tracking to support executive decision-making. Exit Readiness: Establish clean, audit-ready financial data and KPI structures to support investor requirements and long-term strategic growth. Key Requirements Transformation and FPandA Background: Proven track record in commercial finance, modelling, and systems redesign within consumer or product-led sectors.
