Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership, driving financial planning, performance analysis and key business decision-making.This is a highly visible, hands-on position that offers the opportunity to shape and build a scalable FPandA function from the ground up. Initially operating as an individual contributor, the role is expected to evolve into a leadership position as the business continues its growth journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance scalable FPandA processes, systems and reporting capabilities to support business growth.Build and maintain a robust framework for KPI tracking, performance monitoring and business insights.Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the organisation.Manage reforecasting activities and long-term financial planning.Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and working capital planning.Deliver insightful monthly reporting, variance analysis and financial performance reviews.Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to support strategic decision-making.Drive cross-functional business partnering across operations, engineering, supply chain and commercial teams.Prepare board-level reporting, presentations and financial analysis.Support ..... full job details .....
