This is a hybrid role, offering you flexibility with your schedule. This is a non-caseholding role. You will act as the Foster Panel Advisor, supporting support high-quality decision-making, quality assure assessments and contribute to the ongoing development of the fostering agency.You will also support staff and foster carers to grow in confidence, reflective capacity and therapeutic understanding.
