NonStop Consulting is is working with a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the South West of England, in order to help them find a Fostering Social Work Lead who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, offering you flexibility with your schedule. This is a non-caseholding role.

Key Responsibilities:
The Fostering Social Work Lead will provide safeguarding leadership whilst maintaining a therapeutic, relationship-centred approach. You will act as the Foster Panel Advisor, supporting support high-quality decision-making, quality assure assessments and contribute to the ongoing development of the fostering agency.

You will also support staff and foster carers to grow in confidence, reflective capacity and therapeutic understanding.

Requirements:

• an experienced Qualified Social Worker / Assistant Team Manager / Foster Panel Advisor
• safeguarding experience
• experience in fostering and trauma-informed approaches
• Full driving licence
