Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative Wellingborough Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm Up to £13.60 per hour Temp to PermOur client, a well-established warehouse and distribution business based in Wellingborough, is looking to recruit an experienced Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their growing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with forklift experience who is happy to undertake a varied role combining forklift duties with general warehouse responsibilities.The Role As a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the safe movement, storage, receipt, and dispatch of goods throughout the warehouse. This role will involve operating forklifts as well as supporting day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities Operating Counterbalance and Reach Truck forklifts safely and efficiently.Loading and unloading vehicles using forklift trucks and other MHE.Moving stock to designated warehouse locations.Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.Carrying out stock replenishment and inventory checks.Handballing loose cartons and materials when required.Checking incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and damage.Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Following all company health and safety policies and procedures.Assisting with general warehouse ..... full job details .....
