This is a full-time permanent position based in the Warwickshire area. Your new roleAs Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and plant resources whilst maintaining the highest standards across site operations. Key responsibilities will include: Supervising and coordinating daily site activities Managing subcontractors, direct workforce and site resources Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards Delivering works in line with programme requirements and project specifications Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks and daily workforce coordination Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities to improve site performance Liaising with engineers, commercial teams and project ..... full job details .....
