Mobile HVAC Engineer - Central London Salary: Up to 43,000 + Overtime and Bonuses (OTE 46,000) Location: Zones 1-2, Central London (Foot Mobile) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm About the Role We''re seeking an experienced Mobile HVAC Engineer with strong building services knowledge to join our established facilities team. This role offers excellent work-life balance with regular weekday hours and minimal call-out responsibilities. Once fully established in the role, you''ll be responsible for maintaining 5-8 buildings across central London, providing preventative and reactive maintenance across HVAC and general building services. Key ResponsibilitiesPlanned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across HVAC systemsGeneral building services maintenance including plumbing and water systemsCovering multiple sites across Zones 1-2 (foot mobile)Responding to client requests and maintaining high service standardsCall-out rota participation (1 in 9 weeks, post-probation)What We''re Looking ForHVAC or Electrical bias with proven building services experienceStrong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical systemsComfortable working independently across multiple sitesExcellent communication and customer service skillsRelevant qualifications (CandG, NVQ or equivalent)What We OfferCompetitive salary up to 43,000 with OTE of 46,000 266 monthly travel allowanceTwo annual bonusesAnnual pay risesExcellent work-life balance - Monday to Friday, no weekendsManageable ..... full job details .....
