Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile / London Portfolio (Zones 1and2) - Up to 53,000 Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 5-20 commercial buildings located in London (Zones 1and2). The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (CandG / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical and mechanical maintenance. My client is looking for this person to be the lead engineer for Wet Systems across the contract. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to 53,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
