Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven UK Sales Manager – Food Service to lead Redefine Meat into its next phase of growth in the UK. This is a rare opportunity to step into a dynamic and entrepreneurial role with a fast-growing food tech company that is transforming the way meat is experienced. You’ll lead a small, high-performing sales team, driving execution, collaboration, and growth across the UK foodservice channel.
With strong foundations already built across the UK food service landscape—including partnerships with some of the most iconic venues—the successful candidate will play a central role in expanding our footprint, strengthening relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Commercial Growth
Lead the UK Food Service channel and own full commercial responsibility.
Develop and execute growth strategies that expand distribution, increase product penetration, and elevate brand visibility.
Act as the lead point of contact for key accounts, from national groups to prestigious venues and partners.
Business Development and Market Expansion
Leverage existing momentum and brand recognition to unlock new high-impact customer opportunities.
Drive the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and expanding accounts.
Represent Redefine Meat in meetings with senior decision-makers, chefs, and industry leaders, acting as a trusted partner and growth driver.
Manage and develop distributor partnerships to maximize availability, execution, and sell-through.
Ensure alignment across internal teams (culinary, marketing, operations) to support partner success and execution excellence.
Stay close to the field—monitor in-market performance, ensure excellence at the point of sale, and drive brand visibility.
Collect and share market insights—category trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activity—to inform broader commercial strategy.
What You Bring
8+ years in food service sales, business development or account management in the UK.
A proven commercial leader with deep understanding of the UK food service landscape and decision-makers.
Deep knowledge of the UK food service landscape—including major accounts, chefs, and distributors.
Entrepreneurial mindset—highly proactive, self-driven, and excited to build and lead.
Able to think strategically and execute hands-on, from boardrooms to the field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
