Food Production Operative Location: Wimbledon, South West London Job Type: Temporary Ongoing Working Days: Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Wimbledon.This is a temporary ongoing position, working Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for regular work for reliable candidates.The Role As a Food Production Operative, you will be working as part of a busy production team helping to manufacture and prepare fresh food products.Your duties will include: Preparing and handling food ingredientsWeighing and measuring ingredients accuratelyOperating basic production machineryPortioning, shaping and packing finished productsLabelling and checking productsMoving products and materials around the production areaMaintaining a clean and hygienic working environmentFollowing food hygiene, quality and Health and Safety proceduresWorking to production targets and maintaining a consistent paceSupporting other areas of the production process when required About You We are looking for people who are: Reliable and punctualHard-working and physically fitComfortable working in a busy food production environmentAble to work as part of a teamHappy carrying out repetitive tasksAble to follow instructions and production proceduresHealth and Safety and hygiene consciousComfortable standing for extended periodsPrevious food production or warehouse experience is an advantage, but full training can be ..... full job details .....
